Great post! I totally agree with the eating more but in smaller proportions. I eat so much during the day it scares my boyfriend! I guess that's what keeps me into shape, and I'm one of those people who can eat so much crap and still stay the same weight! I also forbid myself to never walk past the junk food aisle in supermarkets haha.
